S.L. 604.1 Art. 22Decisions.

(1) Any decision of the Adjudicating Panel shall be made by a majority of the members of the Adjudicating Panel.

(2) In the case of questions of procedure, the Chairperson of the Adjudicating Panel may decide on his own.
