S.L. 602.1 Art. 41Sharing of recording.

Any person who distributes, disseminates, supplies, transmits, makes available, publishes or posts online the recording, or part thereof, of the investigative interview shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term of not less than twelve (12) months and not exceeding four (4) years or to a fine (multa) of not less than one thousand and five hundred euro (€1,500) but not more than five thousand euro (€2,500), or to both such fine and imprisonment.
