S.L. 602.1 Art. 3Aim of Children’s House.

(1) There shall be at least one place prescribed by the

Minister to serve as the Children’s House in Malta with the aim of providing a child-friendly, safe and calm environment for children victims and, or witnesses of significant harm, as defined in article 9(4) of the Act, to give their testimony and subsequently receive the necessary support to meet their best interests.

(2) The place mentioned in the previous sub-regulation shall be "The Children’s House" located at Santa Venera.
