S.L. 602.1 Art. 20Procedure of the interview. Cap. 12.

(1) If the interview is being conducted in the course of on-going court proceedings, the presiding member of the judiciary shall regulate the procedure of the interview, shall determine which questions are to be allowed to be made to the minor or not according to the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure and shall make any relevant decisions needed during the course of the interview:

Provided that if the interview is being done in the course of investigations outside any court proceedings, the Manager (Children’s House) will carry such responsibility stated above.

(2) At all times, notes of the proceedings shall be taken by the deputy registrar or by the administrative support worker which notes shall be filed in the acts of the proceedings and, or in the minor’s file kept by the Children’s House.
