S.L. 601.9 Art. 91Action to recoup payments.

The Attorney General on behalf of the Government may institute civil proceedings in a court of law for the restoration of payments received by a concessionaire in bad faith in relation to modifications executed against these regulations. Such action shall not be subject to any prescriptive period.
