S.L. 601.9 Art. 9Social and other specific services.

(1) Concessions for social and other specific services listed in Schedule 6 having an estimated value which is less than the threshold established under Schedule 3 and which fall within the scope of these regulations shall be subject only to the obligations arising from Part V.

(2) Concessions for social and other specific services listed in Schedule 6, having an estimated value which meets or exceeds the threshold established under Schedule 3 falling within the scope of these regulations shall be subject only to the obligations arising from regulations 95(3), 96 and Part V.
