S.L. 601.9 Art. 88Content of the approved modification.

The document of the approved modification shall contain the following information:

(a) a detailed description and explanation of the modification;

(b) the reasons and the legal basis which brought about the need for this modification;

(c) the effect on the total cost of the concession contract and any effect on the recurrent expenditure that will ensue;

(d) the timeframe expected for the execution of the modification; and

(e) the financial rate or any sum which should be paid in respect of that modification.
