S.L. 601.9 Art. 86Decision of the contracting authority or the contracting entity.

In granting or refusing a modification, the contracting authority or the contracting entity shall take account of whether any or unforeseen events prevail and shall specify force majeure, whether such a modification could have been avoided. The contracting authority or the contracting entity shall also establish under which regulation this modification is being approved and a detailed explanation and description of the modification in question.
