S.L. 601.9 Art. 48Evaluation Committee.

(1) There shall be an Evaluation Committee composed at least of five members two of which shall be the chairman and the secretary. In any case the number of members of the Evaluation Committee shall be an odd number.

(2) The members of the Evaluation Committee shall be approved by the Director following a recommendation by the head of the contracting authority or the contracting entity.

(3) Regulations 38 to 41 shall apply to the mutatis mutandis members of the Evaluation Committee.
