S.L. 601.9 Art. 17Affiliated undertaking.

For the purposes of regulations 18 to 20 "affiliated undertaking" means any undertaking the annual accounts of which are consolidated with those of the contracting entity in accordance with the requirements of the Directive 2013/34/EU.
