S.L. 601.12 Art. 28Prior involvement of a tenderer.

Where a tenderer either directly or indirectly has advised the contracting authority or the authority responsible for the tendering process, on the future procurement of property, such tenderer shall be precluded from participating in the ensuing procurement procedure.
