S.L. 601.12 Art. 22Availability of the procurement documents.

(1) The authority responsible for the tendering process shall, unless otherwise approved by the Director, by electronic means offer unrestricted and full direct access free of charge to the procurement documents from the date of publication of the procurement documents on the government’s e-procurement platform.

(2) Where the Director approves that the publication be carried out without using government’s e-procurement platform, the authority responsible for the tendering process is still obliged to offer unrestricted and full direct access free of charge to the procurement documents from the date after the publication in the Gazette.
