S.L. 601.1 Art. 97Cashshortagesand amounts in excess.

(1) Any cash shortage discovered shall be made good forthwith by the officer concerned.

(2) All amounts found in excess shall be kept temporarily in an Other Deposit Account for a period of three months pending verification of the accounts, after which, if no error is discovered justifying a refund, such amounts shall be passed to the Consolidated Fund.
