S.L. 601.1 Art. 87Amountauthorised by warrant not to be exceeded.

The expenditure chargeable to any of the accounts referred to in regulation 85 shall in no case exceed the amount authorised by warrant and it shall be the duty of accounting officers to see that such accounts are repaid as early as possible in the manner specified in the warrant.
