S.L. 601.1 Art. 77Expenditure on services of a confidential nature.

Any necessary expenditure on services of a confidential nature, the purpose and particulars of which cannot be made public, shall be supported in the accounts by a certificate of payment by the accounting officer concerned and by a declaration by the Minister that he has satisfied himself that the money has been properly expended.
