S.L. 601.1 Art. 38Accounting of revenue to the Treasury.

(1) In all cases the gross amounts received shall be paid into or accounted for to the Treasury.

(2) Subject to the provisions of regulation 46, gross receipts are to be credited to the proper sub-head of Revenue appearing in the estimates.
