S.L. 601.1 Art. 3Accountant General.

The Accountant General shall be the chief accounting officer of the Government and, subject to these regulations and to such instructions as may, with the authority of the Minister, be issued by the Permanent Secretary, the accounting operations of the Government are under his general management and supervision. It shall be nevertheless the duty of all accounting officers to ensure that these regulations are duly observed.
