S.L. 601.1 Art. 104Items of value donated to Heads of Department.

(1) Heads of Department in receipt of items of value by way of donation in their official capacity are to declare such donations in a report to their Permanent Secretary.

(2) Any such donations shall invariably be taken on charge in the store ledger or inventory list as the case may be.
