S.L. 597.4 Art. 9Withdrawal, restriction or amendment of application.

(1) A request for a withdrawal, restriction or an amendment of an application as specified in article 49 of the Act shall be made on the relevant official form at the prescribed fee.

(2) A request to restrict the goods or services covered by the application should contain:

(a) the trademark number;

(b) the goods or services to be removed;

(c) the remaining list of goods or services.

(3) A request for the correction of errors of wording or copying or obvious mistakes should contain:

(a) the trademark number;

(b) the text or wording containing the error or mistake;

(c) the corrected version of the text or wording.
