S.L. 597.4 Art. 79Designation of European Union Trademark courts.

For the purposes of Article 123 of the European Union

Trademark Regulation, the following courts are designated as

European Union trademark courts:

(a) the First Hall of the Civil Court;

(b) the Court of Appeal.
