S.L. 597.4 Art. 65Invalidation.

Where, upon a final decision, the Court pronounces the invalidation of the effects of an international registration in Malta, the Comptroller shall, provided that the Comptroller is made aware of that decision, notify the International Bureau in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Protocol and the Regulations under the Protocol.
