S.L. 597.4 Art. 48Irregularities with the international application to be remedied before the Comptroller.

(1) Where the international application does not comply with the prescribed requirements, the Comptroller shall give the applicant the opportunity to submit the requested information or pay the handling fee within ten (10) days.

(2) Where the applicant does not provide the requested information or the payment of the handling fee within the stipulated time as determined in sub-rule (1) by the Comptroller, the international application is considered abandoned and the Comptroller shall not forward this to the International Bureau.
