S.L. 597.4 Art. 37Opposition period.

Within a period of ninety (90) days following the publication of a trademark application, notice of opposition to registration of the trademark may be given on the grounds that it may not be registered because of any of the reasons specified in sub-articles (1), (3) and (4) of article 6 of the Act.
