S.L. 595.50 Art. 13Annual report.

(1) The Unit shall, by not later than three (3) months after the close of each financial year, submit to the Minister a copy of the annual report which shall include the annual accounts certified by the appointed auditors, a report on the Unit’s activities during the year (ESTABLISHMENT AS A SPECIALISED UNIT)

and a general report of developments during the period to which it relates in respect of matters falling within the functions of the Unit.

(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the annual report together with a copy of the then current business and financial plan of the Unit, to be laid on the Table of the House of Representatives by not later than four (4) weeks after receipt of the report provided that in reckoning the said period no account shall be taken of any time during which the House of Representatives is not in session or during which it is adjourned for more than seven (7) days.
