S.L. 595.44 Art. 5Permanent Secretary responsible for Project Green.

The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for

Project Green shall supervise the Agency in terms of article 29 of the

Act:

Provided that the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for Project Green may be assisted in such supervision by another Permanent Secretary in accordance with the proviso to article 14(6) of the Act.
