S.L. 595.37 Art. 7Chief Executive Officer.

(1) There shall be a Chief Executive Officer appointed by the Minister, who shall have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Agency who shall perform all the functions and duties as stipulated in this order.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall report on a regular basis to the Minister on the day-to-day running of the Agency and related matters.
