S.L. 595.15 Art. 27Unanimity.

Decisions of the Board shall preferably be taken on the basis of unanimity: Provided that decisions taken on the basis of majority shall be final and binding with regard to the award of the contract: Provided further that the Chairperson and the other two members shall have one vote each.
