Without prejudice to any of the functions established in this order, the Agency shall implement the appropriate security measures, which may include body-worn cameras or any other inter alia, electronic devices, that the Agency may consider necessary for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the community officers in the performance of their duties. The recordings obtained from the said devices shall be strictly used for the purpose of the prosecution of criminal offences and criminal proceedings.
