S.L. 595.13 Art. 25Interim measures.

The Board may decide to grant interim measures if, after having taken into consideration the probable consequences of the measures for all interests likely to be harmed, together with the public interest involved, it concludes that the benefits of the measures are to exceed their negative consequences.
