S.L. 595.13 Art. 22Procedure followed by the Board.

The procedure to be followed by the Board shall consist in a review of the decision of the adjudication board to determine whether the decision was, in substance, in accordance with the law and the documentation governing the relevant procurement procedure. The Board shall not substitute its discretion for that of the adjudication board.
