S.L. 594.6 Art. 13Overtime.

Employers may employ apprentices and learners on overtime (namely beyond the daily maximum hours of work or beyond the maximum period of employment) with the approval of the Director who may impose such conditions as he may deem fit provided that such overtime work is remunerated at time and a half the ordinary rate.
