S.L. 591.1 Art. 3Application for recognition.

Any person who intends to obtain recognition for any innovative technology arrangements or any innovative technology service may apply to the Authority by making use of the relevant prescribed forms issued by the Authority for such purpose and accessible through the website of the Authority, or in the absence of a prescribed form, by an application in writing providing the information required by the Authority for such purpose with reference to the subject matter of the application.
