S.L. 591.1 Art. 11Renewals of registrations.

(1) Registrations issued to innovative technology service providers under these regulations shall be valid for a period of three (3) years and shall expire accordingly unless renewed in terms of regulation 11(2), provided that the Authority may issue a registration for a different period, as it may deem reasonable.

(2) It shall be the duty of the innovative technology service provider to ensure that the registration is valid and effective throughout the period of duration, and subject to the confirmation by the Authority, the registration shall be renewed at least within the last three (3) months of its period of duration and, in any case, prior to expiry.
