For the purposes of Article 18(2) of Regulation (EU)

2024/1689, a provider or its authorised representative established in Malta which becomes bankrupt or ceases its operation prior to the end of the period established in Article 18(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/ 1689 shall nonetheless keep the documents referred to therein at the disposal of the Commissioner until the period of ten (10) years elapses.
