Upon installation of the equipment the supplier/installer has to perform tests to ensure that all the safety features and warning manufacturer’s instructions for use must be followed. These tests shall be performed whenever new, second hand; refurbished and relocated equipment has been installed, as well as after major maintenance has been performed. These test results have to be kept by the undertaking.
