S.L. 585.1 Art. 32Graded approach to regulatory control.

(1) Notified practices which are not exempted from authorisation shall be subject to regulatory control through registration or licensing.

(2) Regulatory control through the notification, registration/ licensing and the inspection process shall use a graded approach.
