Where the promotion or advertisement is limited by time or space, it must include as much material information as is practical, and must direct players to an easily accessible alternative source where all the material information is prominently displayed;

Provided that where the said advertisement is of digital nature, the material information should be displayed no further than one click away from the advertisement itself.
