S.L. 582.12 Art. 2Scope and composition of the office.

(1) The Enforcement Office within the Social Care

Standards Authority shall conduct the necessary monitoring and enforcement of the quality of all social welfare services and to ensure that the necessary Quality Assurance verifications are being conducted.

(2) This office shall be made up of different specialised professionals working within an interdisciplinary team.
