S.L. 582.11 Art. 3Continuation of essential social welfare services.

(1) The essential social welfare services as defined in article 2 shall continue to fully operate and function in exceptional circumstances.

(2) In such exceptional circumstances, the management and staff working in such essential social welfare services shall keep providing their services.
