S.L. 581.1 Art. 5Term of appointment of the MARAM Board members.

The members shall be appointed for three (3) years each, which period may be renewed:

Provided that this period shall only apply if such members are still serving in the entity that they represent:

Provided further that where such members are no longer serving in or employed by the same entity, their appointment on the MARAM Board shall be terminated upon termination of their employment.
