S.L. 575.9 Art. 2Mode of issuing stock.

The stock which is negotiable and exempt from duty on documents shall be issued at the price of hundred euro (€100) per share and shall be allotted to the Foundation for Church Schools in multiples of hundred euro (€100) on the 30th June 2023.
