S.L. 573.9 Art. 11Consent and approval of the Board of Governors.

Any contract made by virtue of these regulations shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Governors of the Authority and in accordance with such conditions imposed by the said Board. These conditions shall be published in the said contract.
