S.L. 573.8 Art. 15Breach.

The Authority shall have the right to file a case in the First Hall of the Civil Court against any person involved, where it considers that there has been a breach of any of the provisions of these regulations, even after the relative contract has been signed, and request the court to provide an appropriate remedy. No person against whom the Authority proceeds has the right to request or be granted any kind of damages whatsoever or any kind of compensation for any improvements which he has made or could have made to such building.
