S.L. 573.5 Art. 3Running of the online system.

(1) There shall be an electronic mechanism by means of which applications that initiate a procedure or a reply thereto, may be filed online in the Land Arbitration Board.

(2) These regulations shall apply only to those acts indicated in the electronic mechanism mentioned in sub-regulation (1).

(3) Any advocate or legal procurator who wants to file an application, as indicated in these regulations, in the Land Arbitration Board by electronic means, may do so by filing the application online through the appropriate site and paying the fee prescribed by law.
