(1) The title of these regulations is the Redemption of

Temporary Scheme and Subsequent Full Directum Dominium Ownership of Residential Government Property Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to create a scheme and establish the criteria on the basis of which a temporary emphyteutical concession may be redeemed by eligible applicants.
