S.L. 555.1 Art. 3Appointment of ADR Entity.

The Minister for Finance hereby appoints the

Office of the Arbiter for Financial Services as Malta’s ADR entity for financial services which qualifies and is to be considered as the ADR entity for financial services falling within the scope of Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
