S.L. 552.33 Art. 3Extension of the validity of development permits. 

Any development permit which on the date of coming into force of these regulations, is still within its period of validity but which is due to expire by, or on any date earlier to the 31st December

2026, shall have its period of validity extended by an additional three

(3) years:

Provided that any development permit, which expired st th between the 1 of January 2023 and the 9 of November 2023, both st dates included, shall be deemed to be valid until 31 December 2026:

Provided further that any development permit which expired between the 1st of January 2025 and the 1st of April 2025, both dates included, shall be deemed to be valid until the 31st December 2028.
