S.L. 552.31 Art. 5Link to INSPIRE Geo-portal.

(1) Public authorities shall link their spatial data sets and spatial data services to the INSPIRE Geo-portal in accordance with the provisions of regulation 4.

(2) Holders of spatial data sets and spatial data services which are in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and the provisions on meta-data, network services and interoperability stipulated by the Commission according to the Directive may, upon request to the competent authority, link their spatial data sets and spatial data services to the INSPIRE Geo-portal.
