(1) The period of shutdown of the Planning Authority

Offices shall be from the 23rd December of one year till the 1st January of the next following year.

(2) The period mentioned in subregulation (1) shall not be considered as forming part of the original or extended period mentioned in article 74(1) or of the period mentioned in article 71 of the Act.
