A testamentary search consists of the official extract of the

Act of Death, the official search relative to secret wills issued by the Civil Court (Voluntary Jurisdiction Section), the official search relative to public wills issued by the Public Registry including a copy of the relative notes of enrolment, and, saving the provisions of regulation 16, it includes an authenticated copy of the will governing the succession, if any.
